Hello Millions Promo Code SWEEPSY: 135K GC + 62.5 SC Welcome Offer

Hello Millions gives you quite the greeting. The sweepstakes casino has a cool pop-art style that immediately feels distinct from the competition. Then it starts off your experience with a solid no deposit bonus worth 2.5 free Sweeps Coins and 15,000 Gold Coins.

The second part of the Hello Millions welcome bonus is an optional first purchase bonus with boosted value to the tune of 150%. For $29.99, you can snag 120,000 Gold Coins and get 60 free SC with them.

To get these promos you’ll need to use the Hello Millions referral code ‘SWEEPSY’ during registration.

This page covers the site from top to bottom, starting with the welcome bonuses, bonus codes and continuing into games, payment methods and more. Read on for all the must-know details about Hello Millions.

The Hello Millions first purchase bonus is listed on the site as a “Mega 1st Offer.” It grants 150% value based on normal prices.

For $29.99, you will get 120,000 Gold Coins plus 60 Sweeps Coins, access to exclusive games, and the ability to use live chat.

This is a bit of a double-edged sword. The good? It’s a strong value with a low entry price point. While the bonus is completely optional (purchases are never required at Hello Millions), its price is fitting for any player, even if you’re on a budget. The boosted value helps add GC and SC to your account right off the bat, too.

The downside? It exposes one of Hello Millions’ biggest negative aspects. The site paywalls live chat access behind a purchase. We don’t like to see that, as we believe sweepstakes sites should give live chat access to all players, regardless of whether they’ve made a purchase.

Even so, the Hello Millions Mega 1st Offer is solid enough to be worth your while, and it’s one of the easiest ways to secure live chat access anyway.

To sign up for Hello Millions and get your welcome bonus, follow these steps. The whole process only takes a couple of minutes.

Use our links to go straight to Hello Millions Casino. Once there, select “Join now” to kickstart the sign-up steps.

A sign up form will pop up on the screen to enter your information such as your email, a password, first and last name, state, date of birth, and address. Make sure to plug in our exclusive bonus code SWEEPSY in the ‘Referral code” field.

You will receive a verification email, click the link in that email to confirm your account and you will be taken right back to Hello Millions with this welcome message for you.

That’s right it is that easy and only takes a couple minutes to receive your sign up bonus of 15,000 GC + 2.5 SC to get you started playing games.

If you encounter any issues during the Hello Millions sign-up process, don’t hesitate to contact customer support.

We found a broad game lobby, useful provider and volatility filters, and comprehensive responsible play controls. The biggest drawback is easy to name. Live chat is limited to players who have made a purchase, and the Loyalty Lounge is more complicated than it needs to be.

If you sort slots by provider, feature, or volatility, Hello Millions gets that part right. The live dealer and arcade sections also give the lobby some range. The weak spot is support. Live chat stays locked until you make a purchase, which is a ridiculous restriction.

The mobile browser version does everything we found on desktop, including games, purchases, and redemptions. There is no dedicated casino app. You must be 21+, and Hello Millions does not accept players in CA, CT, DE, FL, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MT, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TN, WA, WV.

Redemptions require a bit of upfront work at Hello Millions, but it’s all quite simple.

First, make sure you are fully verified. This step is separate from sign-up. You’ll need a photo ID, proof of address, and a selfie (you’ll take one during the process). Once you’re verified, redemption becomes easier.

Next, you’ll need to confirm you have enough SC to redeem. Once you’ve met the playthrough and collected at least $10 in redeemable SCs, you can request a gift card redemption. The minimum for a cash prize via ACH is 50 SC. You can click “Redeem” to open the redemption page and see your available SC.

Once you have enough for your chosen method, click it from the redemptions page. Enter the amount you wish to redeem and, if necessary, provide your bank details. Complete the request, then wait for it to process. Gift cards take about 48 hours while bank prizes take up to 5 days.

Hello Millions hits you with a cool vibe right out of the gate. IT capitalizes on that and expands on it with a hefty game library, plenty of great player tools, and solid promotions.

With games across multiple categories like slots, arcade, and live dealer, there’s something for everyone at Hello Millions.

Of course, games cover a vast percentage of the Hello Millions experience, but there’s more to any sweepstakes casino. This section will also cover payments, redemptions, responsible gaming tools, and customer support. Let’s dive in.

Slot games

If you like slots, you’ll like Hello Millions, simple as that. The site has hundreds of them available. That’s all fine and dandy, but Hello Millions also makes it easy to find your favorite type of slot, which is something we can’t say about most sweepstakes casinos.

When you click the “Social Casino Games” dropdown in the main menu, it will summon a ton of categories: popular, hold and win, megaways, classic, new slots, cascading reels, play the feature, etc. It’s nice to have this breadth of categories because it makes it easy to find a game with a specific feature.

Hello Millions doesn’t stop there, either. Click “Game Providers,” and you’ll see a page with logos for every provider that has a game on the sweepstakes casino. These include Koala Games, Playtech, Ruby Play, 3 Oaks Gaming, Playson, Golden Gopher Gaming, Fantasma Games, BGaming, Evoplay, and many more. You can select one to summon a page with all the provider’s games. IT’s a clean and easy interface that makes sorting by provider super easy.

And finally, my personal favorite way to sort slots: volatility. Click “Slots by Volatility” to see a page with options for high, medium, or low volatility slots. It also features a guide to volatility for beginners. In our opinion, this feature should be available at all sweepstake casinos, so Hello Millions earns high marks for including it.

Table games

At the time of this review, Hello Millions doesn’t offer any single-player table games. While it’s a small disappointment, the site more than makes up for it with its other games.

Live dealer

The Social Live Casino page at Hello Millions includes four types of games: blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and game shows. There are variants of each type. You can try gravity blackjack or quantum roulette, for example.

Hello Millions live dealer games are provided by trusted developers like ICONIC 21, Vivo, and Playtech.

Arcade

“Arcade” is something of a catch-all term for games that don’t fit the slot, table games, or live dealer categories. At Hello Millions, options include three Plinko games, Balloon Mania, Coinsweeper, and a few others. They’re a welcome change of pace, and this category is garnering a lot of popularity at sweepstakes sites.

Popular games at Hello Millions

Looking for the hottest Hello Millions games? Here are a few of the most popular titles at the site.

• CoinUp Hot Fire 3×3: Simple, fiery, and fun. Those are the best three words to describe this 3×3 game with high volatility and bonus rounds that feel like they’re about to burst off the reels.
• Black Wolf Hold and Win: Set on a 5×4 reel array, this 3 Oaks game puts you in the heart of the wild. It’s a medium volatility game with a hold and win bonus and jackpots.
• Diamond Fortunator: This high volatility slot from Playson makes use of classic Vegas imagery like bells, dice, sevens, and bar symbols. It has a hold and win bonus and jackpots that change based on your play level.

Check the “Popular Games” section of Hello Millions for more of the most popular titles.

These are the available purchase and redemption methods at Hello Millions.

Hello Millions is a sweepstakes casino, which means it employs the dual currency system. There are Gold Coins, which you use to play for fun and can be purchased. Then there are Sweepstakes Coins, which are not purchasable but can be redeemed for prizes once you meet the playthrough requirement and collect enough.

When you buy Gold Coins, you will usually get some free Sc as a bonus, even though they can’t be purchased directly.

To purchase Gold Coins at Hello Millions, first select “Get Coins.” Once in the coin shop, select your preferred package and click the price. From there, click “Pay Now” and plug in the details of your payment. If you’re on a computer, you’ll only be able to pay with VISA, Mastercard, or Discover. Mobile players will also have the Apple Pay or Google Pay option.

Complete your purchase, and you should instantly see your Gold Coins and any free SC in your balance.

Check the current availability list on this page before registering because state restrictions can change.

Follow the official sweepstakes rules carefully if you use the postal entry route. Each accepted request currently awards 4 Free SC.

Hello Millions has plenty of other reviews online, including many on TrustPilot from real players. Here’s a small selection of the most recent player reviews from TrustPilot.

VIP program: Loyalty Lounge

Hello Millions has a VIP program called Loyalty Lounge. The overarching theme is VIP access, as though you were an exclusive attendee at a swanky club or backstage area. There are eight total tiers with 148 individual levels. It seems like a lot, but Hello Millions neatly divides everything into digestible chunks.

You start at the “Early Entry” tier, then climb through its levels before reaching ‘Guest List.” The process continues all the way through the top tier, which is called “Access All Areas.” While each tier has between 10 and 33 levels, only specific levels will earn you rewards as you reach them. The rewards are Loyalty Wheel spins with mystery prizes and, according to the FAQ, “Gold Coins & Perks.”

You earn 1 Club Point for each play with Gold Coins or Sweepstakes Coins. You’ll also get Club Points when making purchases.

Finally, your loyalty level and Club Points are permanent. There’s no set play window, so your status never resets.

Here’s a breakdown of the tiers, their levels, and the range of Club Points that will land you in the tier.

Hello Millions bonus terms and conditions

Like any sweepstakes casino promotion, the Hello Millions welcome bonus has some terms and conditions attached. Here’s a quick at-a-glance view of the key terms.

• Eligibility and location: Hello Millions players must be 21+ years old and in a non-restricted state. Both details will be confirmed during verification. The restricted states are CA, CT, DE, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MT, NV, NJ, NY, OH, TN, WA, WV.
• One account per person: The Hello Millions terms only allow one account per person. If you open or even attempt to open multiple accounts for any reason, you’ll be suspended or permanently banned, and all your coin balances will be voided.
• 1x playthrough requirement: There is a 1x playthrough requirement on SC at Hello Millions. This means you must use your SC at least once before they become redeemable.
• Sweepstakes Coin redemptions: In addition to meeting the playthrough requirement, you need to collect enough to meet minimum redemption thresholds. These are $10 in SCs for gift cards and 50 SC for cash prizes.
• Expiration and inactivity: Hello Millions bonuses themselves don’t usually carry expirations unless it’s a seasonal promotion offered for a limited time. However, coins can expire. If your account is dormant for 60 days, your GC and SC will expire. Logging in resets this timer.
• Verification: Before redeeming prizes, you must verify your identity, age, and location. This ensures nobody who is underage or in a restricted state can play at Hello Millions. Be prepared to provide a government-issued ID and proof of address. You only need to do this once; then future redemptions will be faster.
• No purchase required: Hello Millions allows you to play for fun without ever making a purchase. You can play with bonus Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Purchases are entirely optional.

Mobile app and experience

Hello Millions is available on mobile browsers. While there’s no dedicated sweeps casino mobile app, the site functions just like an app would in Safari, Google Chrome, and other mobile browsers.

In our time playing on mobile, we were able to confirm that Hello Millions has all the same features, games, and functionality on mobile as it does on desktop. This includes live dealer games (which didn’t lag when we had a stable wifi connection), redemptions, purchases, and everything else. Purchases actually expand in terms of available methods because Apple Pay and Google Pay become options when you use an iOS or Android device, respectively.

One note of warning. You may see an app called “Hello Million AI: Look” in the iOS App Store. This is not hello Millions and should not be trusted. It is made to look like the actual sweepstakes casino, but it is not reputable or in any way related to the site.

How to contact customer support

Hello Millions has three primary customer support methods.

• Live chat: available only after a purchase
• Email: available via a request form in the Help Center
• Help Center: FAQ database

The elephant in the room here is the paywall. You don’t get access to live chat at Hello Millions until you make a purchase. In our view, this is a ridiculous restriction. Live chat support should be available to all, regardless of purchase status.

The email option is helpful enough, as you can submit a request form with images, if applicable. You can expect a response within 48 hours.

The Help Center is a good first stop if you think your question or issue is relatively common. It’s searchable, too, so it doesn’t take long to see whether the Help Center has anything related to your inquiry.

Overall, we’d like to see some better practices here, including live chat made available to everyone.

Responsible gambling features

Hello Millions has a dedicated page for Player Trust and Safety Controls. You can find it under that exact title on the main menu.

The page starts off with a lot of text that states the site’s commitment to responsible play, including its definition of responsible gaming and signs to recognize problematic patterns of play behaviors. It then offers a few external resource links, all of which work properly and take you to the organizations mentioned at Hello Millions (we checked).

Scrolling down will reveal four tools that let you manually set limits and keep your play responsible at Hello Millions. These are Gold Coin Spend Limits, Session Limits, Time Out (Cool Off), and Self-Exclusion. You can click the buttons at the bottom of the page associated with these tools to use them.

These tools are self-service and comprehensive. They’re a huge plus for players at Hello Millions to want to keep things safe and responsible. Here’s a quick summary of each option.

Final rating: 4.5/5

Based on our time with Hello Millions, we think it’s a worthwhile and overall solid sweepstakes casino. The positives are overwhelming: great welcome bonus, huge game library, easy payments and redemptions, low redemption minimums, and amazing responsible gaming tools.

The negatives are there, too, though. Live chat is paywalled, and the VIP program is a tad confusing. Even so, these things are small compared to the pros.

Anyone looking for a good starter sweepstakes casino or a place for veterans to thrive in a big sea of games will find Hello Millions a good place to begin.
