The Zumo first purchase bonus is 660,000 GC + 66 SC for $29.99 (120% extra), with discounted packages also listed at $9.99 and $19.99. You can only choose one of the three listed packages, but all three provide equivalent value relative to the price you’re paying. 

Packages that fall below the $9.99 threshold or above the $29.99 threshold offer 10,000 GC and 1 SC per $1 spent, whereas discounted bundles promise 20,000 GC and 2.2 GC per $1 spent. 

Creating a new account and claiming free rewards at Zumo couldn’t be much easier. I was able to sign up, verify my email, and collect 25,000 GC + 1 SC in about two minutes. I’m showing you how to follow in my footsteps below:

Step 1: Sign up for a new account 

Visit Zumo.us Casino and click “Sign Up” at the top-right portion of the page. You’ll be prompted to accept the site’s terms and conditions, after which point you’ll notice a pop-up that asks you whether you’d like to register via Google, Facebook, or a standard email address.

Step 2: Enter account details 

I chose to sign up with my email address for brevity’s sake. After clicking “Sign Up With Email,” I entered my email address and made a new password. Then, I clicked “Create Account” to finish registration.

Step 3: Verify your email

I was prompted to verify my email address by opening my inbox, locating a new message from Zumo, and clicking “Activate Account.” From here, I was sent back to the homepage, where I saw 25,000 GC and 1 SC waiting in my balance. 

Step 4: Complete your profile

Before you can claim daily bonuses, you’ll be required to complete your profile. To get started, click “Claim” next to the buffalo. Then, click “Complete Profile.”

Enter your first name, last name, and date of birth. Then, select your state of residence from the dropdown menu before entering your city, street address, and zip code. Finally, type your mobile phone number at the very bottom and click “Save” to finish the process.

Compared to other sites like Casino.Click and Freespin, the Zumo no deposit bonus is worth claiming. Receiving a middling reward of 1 SC upfront is better than getting no SC or just a handful of free spins, but you’re not getting as much SC as you’d be able to find at Spree or Fortune Wins. This is somewhat offset by the dual daily bonuses you can take advantage of.

Zumo is shaping up to be an excellent platform with consistent live chat support, reliable bank transfer redemptions, and plenty of fantastic slots that run beautifully on desktop/mobile. Still, there’s always room for improvement. 

Adding live games would be a good start, and I’d like to see better search filters that allow me to sort by software provider. I also wish you didn’t have to buy coins to complete KYC, but I doubt this will change anytime soon (it’s still the case at Zumo’s sister site, SweepJungle). 

Nonetheless, if you’re looking for solid games, mystery dailies, and respectable purchase offers with supersized VIP benefits, Zumo has it all wrapped in one convenient package.

Instead of accepting real money for wagering purposes, sweepstakes casinos like Zumo.us use Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) for gameplay. You can use your GC to have fun and get familiar with the controls, but your GC winnings aren’t redeemable for actual prizes. 

If you want to potentially win something tangible, you’ll have to use your SC to play the games. Each SC carries $1 in redeemable value after you win them. 

1. Make sure you’ve won at least $100 in eligible SCs to qualify for a redemption. 
2. Complete KYC verification by uploading a photocopy of your ID. You can get in touch with live chat or email support to do this. 
3. Click “Redeem” when the button appears (it won’t show up until you’ve won enough SC to request a prize). 
4. Enter your banking details when asked. Then, enter the SC amount you want to redeem and confirm the transaction. 
5. Allow 1-3 days for redemptions to reach your bank account. If you request more than 500 SC ($500) at once, you’ll have to wait up to 7 days for your prize to be delivered. 

Redemption terms and verification

• Your bonus SC are subject to strict, 1x playthrough requirements (I confirmed this with customer support). In order to make your SC “redeemable,” you have to spend them on gameplay once. For example, if you get 10 SC from a GC purchase, you have to spend all 10 SC on games. You can then redeem any remaining SC winnings for prizes. 
• Before you can get cash prizes delivered to your bank account, you’ll have to win at least $100 in eligible SCs. Available redemption methods: Bank transfer. 
• Once you’re ready to redeem prizes, you’ll need to upload your ID or driver’s license through an internal form. In some cases, Zumo’s team may request more documents, such as a selfie with your ID.
• The only thing I don’t like is that you’ll need to make at least one purchase before you can redeem SC prizes, which technically goes against the “free-to-play” rule of sweeps gaming.
• While there are no state-specific restrictions on SC prize redemptions, you can redeem a maximum of 1,000 SC per day, 3,000 SC per week, or 10,000 SC per month. Each prize redemption request is limited to 1,000 SC, but you can submit up to 3 per week or 10 per month. 

Zumo features a growing collection of 259+ slots, virtual tables, and fishing-style games from 18 software providers. Even though the site’s library is smaller than most other sweepstakes platforms, new titles are added regularly. 

The biggest thing I hate, aside from the misleading “Social Live & Tables” section, is that you can’t sort games by software company. It’s also impossible to see all the games offered at once, so my final figure came from laborious counting. 

Slot games 

As is the case at most sweepstakes casinos, slots are Zumo’s bread and butter. However, with just 223 games to choose from, variety certainly isn’t the site’s strong point. Table games 

I found Zumo’s table collection a bit lackluster, especially when competitors like Storm Rush offer 51 live dealer games.

Still, it covers most of the necessary bases with three roulette wheels (American Roulette, Zoom Roulette, Royal Roulette 500x), multihand blackjack, Surrender Multihand Blackjack, and Hi-Lo. 

Just don’t expect to find classic baccarat, poker, or specialty card games like Andar Bahar/Teen Patti in the library.

Live dealer games 

Zumo lists 0 live dealer games under its “Social Live & Tables” section, which makes me question the integrity of this platform’s advertising standards. If you’re looking for live games, I’d sooner suggest signing up with Legendz or McLuck Casino. 

Other game categories 

Beyond standard slots and tables, Zumo is home to 30+ fishing and shooting games. Monster Shooter, Ocean Vacation, and Undersea Killer were my favorites, but KA Gaming’s entire library promises non-stop action that deviates from what you’d usually expect to see.

If you’re looking for something new, exciting, and video-game-esque, it’s hard to go wrong here.

Mobile app and experience 

Zumo doesn’t have a dedicated app for iOS/Android devices, but you can easily bookmark the web app to your smartphone by clicking “Share” and “Add to Home Screen” on Google Chrome or Safari. 

I would like to see 2FA for more secure logins, but this problem is apparent across devices. On the mobile side, push notifications would be a welcome addition to the web app. Still, there are lots of positives to playing on your smartphone. 

The web app runs well on mobile, icons are appropriately sized, and I didn’t encounter any lag while browsing. Menus/games load quickly, and the interface is familiar between desktop/mobile devices. For example, the chat support button is always at the bottom-right corner of the screen. 

My verdict is clear: Zumo fits directly in your pocket for on-the-go entertainment, and the web app is equally comfortable to use when compared against the desktop site. 

How to contact customer support 

Zumo.us offers live chat and email support, but there’s no FAQ page or phone number to call. I also tried getting in touch on socials, to no avail. Here’s a snapshot of the site’s contact options (and how quickly you can expect a response from each one): 

• Live chat: Zumo’s live chat is accessible from the bottom-right corner of the website at all times. After entering your name and email address, you’ll be connected with an agent in less than 30 seconds. 
• Email: Send an email to support@zumo.us for detailed questions. You’ll often notice a reply in 24 to 48 hours. 
• Social Media: Zumo has a growing presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Telegram. However, you won’t be able to get a response from a real person. 

Responsible gambling features
