I cannot recommend this casino. After winning $200 on a promotional credit, the platform blocked my redemption. Bang Coins' support is appropriate for a site of its size. There are email and live chat support options - the bubble for live chat lives permanently in the right-hand corner of the window. 

One area where the customer support could improve is with the FAQ. The sidebar navigation style is notably outdated. If the current support was replaced by a Zendesk for instance, or something more modern that was searchable or better sorted for users to answer their questions, would be a massive upgrade. 

Responsible gambling features

BangCoins offers responsible gambling features within its product, but the section is treated as boilerplate, almost throwaway content. 

The Responsible Gambling page lives in the footer of Bang Coins. It’s not prominent and not easy to find. Compared to other sweepstakes operators, this area could be much improved. The navigation is clunky and not well organized. Giving it a modern refresh would go a long way in improving this feature for Bang Coins users. 

The page itself is just text, lacks links, and reads as a set of terms and conditions that most users would click through and ignore. This section of the site could use some attention.

The game selection offers a great selection of slots, but really stands out by offering live dealer and table games, which is a rarity at most sweepstakes casinos. 

The VIP rewards program is robust, offering users both a traditional tier-based structure and an invite-only Telegram group for spur-of-the-moment promotions. It’s the best of both worlds, with lots of weekly promotions that offer coinback, SC boosts, and other promotions. 

The only area I was frustrated with this site was in its aesthetics. I found the desktop site’s layout and aesthetics to be outdated and difficult to navigate. The tabs in the FAQ section were frustrating and made it easy to get lost in the navigation. The mobile site, however, was fresh, smooth and up-to-date. I’d like to see the desktop site evolve its look. 

From a gameplay perspective, I couldn’t be more satisfied, so I’m giving this site a 4.4 out of 5. Give this a little bit of an aesthetic lift, and this would be a damn near perfect sweepstakes site.
