Hello Millions Sweeps Rules and Letter Writing
How to get free Sweeps Coins from Hello Millions by mail, without buying anything. Fill in your details below to see exactly what to write on your envelope and request card, then copy it by hand.
Build your Hello Millions entry
This is Hello Millions’ own envelope and request-card layout, including the mailing address and the statement you must copy word for word.
“I would like to request free Sweepstakes Coins offered by B-Two Operations Limited in order to enter the promotional Sweepstakes offered on hellomillions.com. I agree to be bound by the general Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules.”
Use this as your guide, then write everything by hand in blue ink (not black). Printed or typed cards and envelopes are rejected. Check the official rules before you mail it.
Hello Millions’ mail-in requirements
- Handwritten only: Each request and envelope must be handwritten. Automated or electronically written requests will not be accepted.
- Sweepstakes Coins Request Code: All requests must contain a unique, 13-digit Sweepstakes Coins Request Code to be considered valid. Click the link in the Sweeps Rules to get your code.
- Envelope size: You must send individual requests in a stamped, #10 envelope.
- Ink color: You must use non-black ink to write the request and fill out the envelope.
- What you get at the end: 4 free SC per accepted entry
- Full T&C’s: Read through the full terms & conditions here.
How to send your request, step by step
- Get your request code. Sign in to Hello Millions and generate a mail-in request code. You’ll write it on your card.
- Get your materials. A 4″ × 6″ unlined index card (or the size Hello Millions’rules name), a plain envelope, a pen with blue ink (not black) and a regular postage stamp.
- Write the card by hand. Copy the card layout above: your full legal name, the email on your account, your request code, and the statement word for word. Write on one side only.
- Address the envelope by hand. Your return address goes in the top-left corner, with any extra lines Hello Millions asks for. Address it to Hello Millions – Sweepstakes, B-Two Operations Limited, PO Box# 9507, Manchester, NH 03108.
- Stamp it and mail it. One request per envelope. Use a regular postage stamp.
- Wait for your coins. Processing can take several weeks. Once it’s accepted, 4 Free SC land in your Hello Millions account.
Mistakes that get mail-in entries rejected
- Printed or typed anything. The card, the envelope and your return address must all be hand-written.
- Messy handwriting. If a friend can’t read it, the casino can’t either.
- Details that don’t match your account. Your name, address and email must match what you verified with Hello Millions, spelled the same way.
- Changing the statement. Copy it exactly as written above, word for word.
- No request code. Hello Millions needs the code from your account on every card.
- More than one card in an envelope. One request per envelope, and spread big batches out over time.
- Mailing from a state where Hello Millions isn’t allowed. Check the restricted states first.
Tip: take a photo of your card and envelope before you mail them, for your records.
After your Sweeps Coins arrive
Mail-in Sweeps Coins work like any other Sweeps Coins at Hello Millions: play them through once before they can be redeemed for prizes. The minimum redemption is 10 SC. Redemptions typically take 2-5 days. How Sweeps Coins work →

Each accepted mail-in request gets 4 Free SC, added to your Hello Millions account once the request is processed.
How many mail-in requests can I send to Hello Millions?
Hello Millions’ limit is: Unlimited (one per outer envelope). Each request needs its own envelope, and every request must be hand-written.
Can I print or type my request card or envelope?
No. Everything that's part of your request must be hand-written, including the envelope, the return address and the request card. Use the preview on this page as a guide to copy from, not as something to mail.
How many requests can I put in one envelope?
One. Requests with more than one card in the same envelope are rejected.
Where do I get my Hello Millions request code?
Sign in to your Hello Millions account and generate a mail-in request code before you write your card. Each code is unique, and a card without one isn't processed.
Can I send entries from outside the US?
No. Your entry has to match your verified address, and you must live in a state where Hello Millions is allowed. Requests from outside the country are rejected.
Do mail-in Sweeps Coins have playthrough requirements?
Yes. Sweeps Coins you get by mail follow the same playthrough rules as Sweeps Coins you get any other way, so you have to play them before they can be redeemed. Hello Millions’ Sweepstakes Rules list the exact requirement.
Is the mail-in process worth the effort?
As a way to make money, no. Stamps, envelopes and cards cost money, and there's never a guarantee you'll win. As a way to get some extra Sweeps Coins from time to time, it can be worthwhile.
