Gold Coins are play-for-fun only and carry no cash value — only Sweeps Coins (SC) can be redeemed.
New customers making their first Gold Coins purchase can snag some great value to kick off the social poker experience. When you register with Sweepsy’s exclusive links, you have a choice between our primary offer and secondary offer.
The named Sweepsy offer is 100,000 GC + 20 SC for $20.00; other packages are separate. This package would normally cost you $30. A separate package described at $20 included 200,000 Gold Coins + 40 SC (normally $40); check Get Coins for its current availability.
This is one of the best first purchase bonus offers available at sweepstakes poker and casino sites. Stake, for example, doesn’t have a first purchase offer but makes up for it with a generous no-deposit sign up bonus and 1 SC daily login bonus.

We track no-deposit and daily bonuses across every sweepstakes casino — see the full bonus tracker.
One of the joys of Global Poker is you don’t have to make a deposit to start seeing some poker hands. In fact, the site boasts that it has given out over 50 million free Sweeps Coins without any purchase. This is great news especially for beginner or novice players looking to get some reps in before ponying up any money of their own.
In addition to the Day 1 bonus, players will find many more opportunities to pad their account wallets without making any deposit or purchase. Those include:
The daily bonus is admittedly lower than what you’ll find at Stake.us or ClubWPT Gold. However, the additional opportunities to earn bonus coins via social media channels and through purchase package specials keep Global Poker customers in the game without breaking the bank.
Just for signing up and getting verified, new players at Global Poker can take advantage of a free Day 1 daily bonus of 1,000 GC + 0.25 SC.
- Tiered daily login bonuses: Minimum daily bonuses of 0.25 SC that increase after four straight days of collecting daily logins.
- Mail-in sweeps request: Click on Get Coins and then Play for Free. Follow instructions to mail a request for free Sweeps Coins
- Social Media contests and giveaways: Follow Global Poker on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for frequent contests and giveaways for free Sweeps Coins, Gold Coins and free tournament tickets.
Offer history
We track Global Poker’s offer over time — here’s what changed.
- Offer changed
5,000 GC → 1,000 GC
Global Poker rewards player loyalty and consistency with a tiered system for daily login bonuses. For seven consecutive days of logins, you can claim the following rewards:
On occasion, especially when tournament series are approaching, Global Poker will send players special purchase package offers that come with extra bonus SC and/or bonus tournament tickets. To claim these promos, existing customers can click through the email or just find the special offer in the Get Coins tab.
Global Poker also offers free tournament tickets via email and through social media contests on occasion, so it’s a good idea to check those sources regularly.
The streak rewards are subject to change. Note that if you miss one day, the streak resets to Day 1.
Is the Global Poker offer worth it?
Global Poker is a fun and trusted go-to site for thousands of poker players in the U.S. and Canada for good reason. This site is one of the best in terms of regular offers for free Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, including escalating daily login bonuses and social media contests. It’s also hard to beat the selection of strong poker games and tournament prize pools you’ll find at Global Poker.
Score breakdown
The first-purchase package and recurring coin specials add value, with daily logins and social giveaways offering ways to play without buying. The Day 1 free-coin offer is relatively modest beside the alternatives discussed in this review.
Redemption requires a one-time Sweeps Coins playthrough and identity verification. The review describes processing taking up to a day, followed by another two to three days for settlement, so this is not an instant cash-out.
Poker is the draw: low-limit cash games, sit-and-gos, jackpot games and tournament series are available in both Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin modes. Players seeking live dealer tables or a broader casino mix may find the selection narrower.
The review describes an established poker site with identity and address checks before redemption. The required verification and same-method redemption rule add safeguards, though they also add steps before a player can cash out.

By contrast, cryptocurrency site Stake.us offers lower minimum redemptions and a higher value no-deposit bonus that includes $25 in Stake Cash.
Compared to other sweepstakes poker sites available in the U.S., Global Poker is a top option for players in approved states especially when it comes to the first purchase bonus, regular GC package specials, and social media giveaways.
As for no deposit sweep bonus, Global Poker’s offer is not as great as say Stake.us or ClubWPT Gold, which offer 25 SC and 5 SC, respectively. However, Global Poker also offers the mail-in request option for 5 free SC which is among the highest we’ve seen.
At a glance
Redemption: how it works and how long it takes
How to redeem
- Verify your identity (KYC) — sweepstakes casinos are required by law to confirm you’re a real, eligible adult before paying out.
- Build up at least $10 in Sweeps Coins.
- Submit a redemption request from your account.
- Wait for review and payment — the operator advertises 2-3 days.
Payout Watch
No player-reported payout times yet. We publish the median once a casino has 25 or more player reports — never an estimate before then.
To redeem your SC, go to the same Get Coins page and follow these steps:
- Click the Redeem tab.
- Enter the amount you want to redeem (at least 10 SC).
- Select the method of redemption (it will automatically default to your last method of purchase).
- Confirm the redemption. The amount will be deducted from your wallet instantly.
- Redemptions generally take up to 24 hours to process, and from there, 2-3 days to settle depending on the payment method you use.
Games
40+ games across Table games.
No live dealer tables are currently offered.
Low-limit games and poker formats
It helps that the site offers loads of low-limit game options whether you want to play tournaments, cash games, sit ‘n’ go’s, or jackpot SNGs. The Day 1 bonus is enough to try out some ring games for virtual currency with limits starting at just 5 GC / 10 GC.
Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin play
All the poker variants and games at Global Poker are offered in both GC and SC mode, which you can easily switch between with a toggle at the top of the screen. This site also offers full tournament series in GC mode, making it a great option for players who want to sharpen their poker skills or play for fun without making additional purchases.
If you’re looking for a place to try out your poker skills and compete in regular tournaments with some of the biggest prize pools online, you might want to give this site a try.

Sweepsy tracks 327 casinos across 12,099 data points, with 68+ hours of hands-on testing behind our reviews. Every tracked casino is re-checked at least every 90 days.
- Open a real account at every casino we review hands-on, using our own name and ID.
- Buy the smallest available coin package with our own money to confirm the checkout price and coin amount match what's advertised.
- Play through a sample of the game library to confirm the published game count and categories hold up.
- Request an actual cash redemption and record exactly how many days it takes to land.
- Re-check every tracked casino's offer, packages, restricted-state list and redemption terms at least every 90 days, sooner if a player-submitted report flags a change.
- Route every player-submitted correction to an editor for approval before it changes anything on the site.

If you want a bigger no deposit bonus, you will find it at Stake.us, but you will have to transact in cryptocurrency if you choose to play there.
