For all its flaws, customer support at NoLimitCoins is pretty great. I was able to get targeted and helpful responses from the live chat team concerning all matters except for Rule 7.

You can also send the team an email. The only missing items are an FAQ section and social media support via Facebook or Discord. Here’s a synopsis of my experience with the support options here: 

• Live chat: Scroll to the bottom of the website and click “Online Support” to open the live chat feature. Enter your query and click “Talk to a Human” when the bot responds. A real agent will connect with you in 30 - 60 seconds, and most responses take 1 - 2 minutes. 
• Email: Send a message to support@nolimitcoins.com with your Profile ID in the subject line (this can be found under “Account”) to save time. The team usually replies in 24 - 48 hours, but you may have to wait up to 72 hours before someone gets back to you. 
• How It Works: In lieu of a proper FAQ section, the “How It Works” page delivers a brief explanation of the difference between Gold Coins/Super Coins alongside an abbreviated summary of how to submit mail-in requests. 

Responsible gaming features
