Enter DexyPlay Promo Code SWEEPSY for 600K GC + 20 SC for $9.99

DexyPlay social casino offers new players 200,000 GC + 20 SC, + 1 premium treasure drop for $9.99 using promo code SWEEPSY.

For bonus players, DexyPlay Casino offers lots of extra bonuses too, including daily loot boxes, VIP rewards, ongoing purchase boosts, and social media giveaways. This casino is a true social casino, with competitions across the board.

This article provides a complete overview of how to claim these DexyPlay Casino bonuses. You’ll also learn more about the game selection, user experience, and redemption speeds, so you can decide if this is the right sweeps casino for you.

DexyPlay’s current flagship first purchase offer is 200,000 GC + 20 SC, + 1 premium treasure drop for $9.99. The free plays are available on select slots, and winnings are paid in SC. This is a large first purchase bonus, which is well worth claiming if you’re happy to buy coins.

The site also rotates short-term purchase bonuses. Use the “Boost” button at the top right of the page to see which deal is available after signing up.

Getting signed up at DexyPlay only takes a few minutes to claim the welcome bonus. Just follow these three steps to earn your free coins:

Visit the DexyPlay site and tap the “Sign Up” button at the top right of the homepage. That will open the registration form. You can also choose to click on any of the social media buttons.

You can sign up by connecting your Google, Facebook, or Apple account. Or enter your email address and choose a password. There’s a field called “I have a promo code” section. Click it and enter the promo code SWEEPSY to claim the sign up bonus. Then, agree to the terms and submit the form.

DexyPlay will instantly add 400,000 Gold Coins to your balance. The site then shows the current first purchase offer, 200,000 GC + 20 SC, + 1 premium treasure drop for $9.99. The review also found an extra Gold Coin reward for verifying the email address.

DexyPlay has a smooth interface, responsive live support and 1,737 games. Its weak point is the free path. The registration reward does not include free SC, and the mail in option is modest, so players who avoid purchases have fewer useful ways to build an SC balance.

The headline Gold Coin total is not the best reason to choose DexyPlay. Its stronger points are the rotating purchase boosts, the 24 tier Elite program and a catalog of 1,737 games. Redemptions take 3-10 days, with a minimum of 100 SC, so players who value quick access to smaller prizes can find more flexible options elsewhere.

Behind the polished interface is a casino owned by UTech Solutions LLC., with 1,737 games and help through Email, Live Chat. Our overall rating is 4.2. The library and responsive support do most of the work here, while the limited free SC route holds the rating back.

You’ll need to verify your identity before redeeming your SC. If you clear a 1x playthrough requirement and have at least 100 SC eligible to redeem, you can then redeem them for a prize. Follow these steps:

• Visit the profile section and hit the “Redeem” button.
• The site will highlight your redeemable SC balance.
• Enter the amount you’d like to redeem and choose a method: PayPal, bank transfer, or a card payment.
• Confirm the request. A member of the team should process and approve it within 48 hours. You should then get the money on the same day if you opt for PayPal, but bank transfers can take several business days to clear.

Slots dominate the DexyPlay portfolio. You can explore the top online slots from 18 studios, including 3-reel slots, 5-reel slots, Megaways games, and jackpot slots.

The site hosts games from a few major studios, including Betsoft, BGaming, Booming Games, and Evoplay. However, most of the games come from smaller providers, such as AvatarUX, Elysium, Fantasma, and Swintt. You won’t find slots from big names like NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, and Relax Gaming, but the range is still large and diverse.

• Top tip: avoid the slots from BGaming, as they have poor return to player (RTP) rates. For example, the RTP on Lady Wolf Moon Megaways is just 91.75%, whereas it’s usually 96.75% at other sites. Play slots from NetGame Entertainment instead, as most have an RTP of more than 96%.

DexyPlay doesn’t have a specific section for virtual table games, but you can search for them via the homepage. We found classic blackjack games, plus multi-hand blackjack, and fun games like Blackjack Lucky Sevens.

Additional card games include baccarat, video poker, Oasis Poker, Casino Hold’em, Dragon Tiger, and Top Card. We were also pleased to find French roulette, alongside European and American roulette, as the French version has the lowest house edge.

Head to the “Live Lounge” section at DexyPlay to browse a range of games from Iconic21. You’ll find lots of blackjack games, including Speed Blackjack, Gravity Blackjack, Take a Risk or Deal Blackjack, and Grand Bonus Blackjack. There are live single zero roulette games and auto roulette games too.

Additional games include Dragon Tiger, Grand Bonus Baccarat, Top Card, Teen Patti, and Gravity Plinko. If you like game shows, try The Kickoff or Gravity Wheel.

DexyPlay doesn’t have a dedicated section for casual games or specialty games. However, we found a few titles by searching via the homepage. There are a few Plinko games, plus a Mines game and a couple of slots featuring bingo-style mini games.

We were surprised to find that DexyPlay doesn’t offer any crash games, as that’s a popular category among players. There are no keno games, scratchers, or shooters either, so this is an area that DexyPlay could improve.

Popular games at DexyPlay

There’s a “Monthly Top” category at DexyPlay, which highlights the most played games on the site. It primarily highlights slots from NetGame Entertainment. We’ve listed few of those games, plus some of our top picks from the library:

• Rich Piggies 2: Bonus Combo: NetGame Entertainment | RTP: 96.29% | This online slot has an upbeat soundtrack, a fun bonus round, and four fixed jackpots: Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand.
• Genie’s Chest Hold ‘N’ Link: NetGame Entertainment | RTP: 96.28% | A 5-reel slot inspired by Aladdin, which features a Hold ‘N’ Link bonus round and a grand jackpot worth 1,000x.
• Coastal Express Cash Blast: NetGame Entertainment | RTP: 96.10% | You’ll be transported back to the golden age of rail travel on this entertaining slot, which is dripping in nostalgia.
• French roulette: Evoplay | RTP: 98.65% | This beautifully designed roulette game has a single zero and a rule called la partage, which earns you a 50% refund if the ball lands on zero.
• Multi-Hand Blackjack: BGaming | RTP: 99.33% | You can play up to three hands at the same time on this classic blackjack game from BGaming.

DexyPlay is keen to point out that no purchase is necessary to enjoy the site, but there are several clear incentives to buy coins. You’ll get free SC on each purchase, and you’ll often receive free spins too. Buying coins also entitles you to a better daily login bonus, and you’ll also quickly progress to the higher tiers within the VIP program. If you’d like to buy coins, these are the options:

Here’s how to buy coin bundles at DexyPlay:

• Log into your account and tap the “Boost” button at the top right of the homepage.
• The site will display a special offer. You can hit “Get” to claim the offer, or click the red “X” to visit the coin store.
• You’ll see a list of packages ranging from $4.99 to $499.99. DexyPlay will highlight how many Gold Coins you’re buying, and the number of free SC you’ll get.
• Select a package, and you’ll be given two options: PayPal or “Pay.” If you select “Pay,” you can enter your Visa or Mastercard details.
• When you’ve entered your information, click to confirm the purchase. Payments are instant, so the coins should be added to your account balance immediately.

Players in AK, AL, AR, AZ, CO, DC, GA, HI, IA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI can access DexyPlay, while California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming are excluded. California is an unusual case because residents can use Gold Coins but not SC. Check the Sweeps Rules before registering, especially if you live close to a restricted state.

The mail in route awards 1 Free SC for each eligible request, and it is only available when your account balance is zero. That balance rule makes the process unusually restrictive. The small reward may not justify the postage and effort when other casinos offer more for each envelope.

DexyPlay’s current Trustpilot score is 4.0/5 stars (439 reviews). Players in the source review praised the user experience, broad game range, and helpful customer service.

VIP program: DexyPlay Elite program

DexyPlay runs a very comprehensive VIP program, which is divided into 24 tiers. You’ll start out in the Rookie Star tier, and you’ll move up to Aspire Core if you earn 350 XP. The only way to earn XP is to play games with SC. The number of XP you earn will depend on your stake and the type of game.

Alternatively, you can skip the line by purchasing tickets. For example, you can buy a silver ticket for $29.99, which immediately unlocks a new level, and you also get 300,000 Gold Coins and 30 free SC.

How do Gold Coins and Super Coins work?

You can play games with Gold Coins or Super Coins (SC) at DexyPlay. The Gold Coins are purely designed for fun, so you can’t redeem them for prizes. The SC are the site’s premium coins, which you can redeem for cash prizes after meeting a 1x playthrough requirement. DexyPlay’s redemption rate is 1 SC to $1.

Read through our guides if you want to learn more about how Gold Coins work or how Sweep Coins work.

Mobile app and experience

DexyPlay offers a high-quality mobile experience. There isn’t a native app, but you can visit the site via any browser on your iPhone or Android phone. The mobile site has the same games, promos, and features as the desktop site, but everything is neatly condensed onto the smaller screen.

Some players may find the homepage a little cluttered, as there are lots of menus, carousels, icons, and pop-ups. However, we were impressed by the stylish design, and the navigation system is pretty simple too. The games are divided into 11 categories, including a “Favorites” tab featuring your most played games. We played a wide range of games at DexyPlay, and we didn’t experience any technical issues.

How to contact customer support

DexyPlay offers 24/7 customer service. There are two options:

• Live chat: Tap the headphones icon at the bottom of the homepage for live support. You’ll initially be put through to a bot, but you can type in “Agent” to speak with a human agent. We tested it out, and an agent called Phillip jumped on the live chat straight away. He was friendly and helpful.
• Email: You can send a message to support@dexyplay.com for complex issues, but live chat is best if you need immediate support.

We were happy with the quality of the customer support at DexyPlay, and players seem to agree. Many praised the customer service when leaving positive reviews of DexyPlay on Trustpilot.

Responsible gambling features

DexyPlay has a dedicated “Responsible Play” page, which you can access within the profile section. It lets you set reality checks and purchase limits on your own account. You can also self-exclude or take a cool-off period.

Most sweepstakes casinos require you to email the team if you want to set limits or self-exclude, so it’s great to find automated tools at DexyPlay. However, we’d like to see more information about responsible gaming added, along with links to support organizations.
