Spree's appeal is the size and variety of its game lobby. I found slots from BGaming, Habanero and Playson, plus an Iconic21 live-dealer section, tournaments and the SpreePotz jackpots. The category filters and search made it easier to find a game than to scroll through the whole lobby. Spree gave me plenty to explore. I liked the way its categories broke up the large game lobby, and the live-dealer selection and SpreePotz jackpots gave me reasons to look beyond slots. The signup coins let you try that mix without a purchase, while the daily claim and tournaments add something to return for.

The tradeoffs matter: there is no native app or live chat, and I want more ways to redeem prizes. Gift cards have a lower entry point than bank transfers, but I have not cashed out at Spree, so I cannot vouch for its payout timing from personal experience. Iconic21's Real Dealers Tables included Gravity Roulette, Grand Bonus Baccarat, Auto Roulette, Live Roulette and Grand Bonus Blackjack. The streams loaded in HD in both coin modes. I found more live-dealer titles here than at McLuck, but some live games required 1 SC per play when I checked, more than the entry point for many slots. Look at a game's current stake before opening it.

I found Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay in the Gold Coin cashier. Gold Coins are for entertainment play; packages can include free Spree Coins, but you cannot buy SC directly. Redemptions are handled separately in the account cashier. Spree offers gift cards and bank transfers, subject to eligible SC, playthrough and verification. The methods and their different thresholds are more important than the headline minimum: a player who wants a bank transfer needs more eligible SC than someone choosing a gift card.

Spree asks you to confirm that you are not in a restricted location when you register. If signup fails, its help guide says your location or an existing account could be the reason; Spree permits only one account per player. Mobile experience

Spree has no iOS or Android app, but I played in Safari on my iPhone Pro Max. Performance and the main game controls felt much like desktop, so switching devices was easy. One useful difference: on mobile, tap your avatar and choose My Rewards to find gift spins and mini-games; on a laptop, My Rewards is in the left-hand menu. Spree explains both routes in its rewards guide. I still preferred my laptop for longer sessions because the games and controls were larger, but the mobile browser worked well for shorter visits.

Customer support

Spree's help center covers account, verification, purchase and redemption questions. You can submit a ticket or email support@spree.com; its site also lists a phone line for U.S. payment-related queries. That does not replace live chat for a general account problem, and I found no live chat when I tested Spree. A ticket reply may take 24 hours or more. Include the relevant transaction and account details when you contact support about a missing bonus or delayed payment.

Spree's player safety page explains how to request a daily Gold Coin purchase limit. You can also take a break for seven, 14 or 30 days; access cannot be restored during the chosen period.
