• Earn enough redeemable SC to meet the redemption minimum, which is $10 in SCs for gift cards or 100 SC for a cash prize. 

Once you have met these requirements, you can request a redemption. Choose your payment method and the amount you wish to redeem. Complete the request and await confirmation. After a short internal review period of up to 2 days, Pulsz will approve your request and send it to your chosen method.

Mobile app and experience

Pulsz has a dedicated mobile casino app available for iOS and Android devices via the App Store and Google Play, respectively. There’s a rather large caveat, though: the mobile app only allows Gold Coin play. You can purchase GC, play slots in GC mode, and do pretty much everything else. However, if you want to play with Sweeps Coins, you’ll need to play via mobile browser. 

If that’s the bad news, then the good news is that the mobile browser version feels just as smooth and streamlined as the dedicated app. It’s just a bit of a bummer that you can’t do it all in the app. 

From a usability standpoint, Pulsz is a dream on mobile. Its white and pink aesthetic is easy on the eyes, and the thumbnails are extraordinarily vibrant. Scrolling, loading games, and buying coins are all easy with just a few taps. It’s an excellent mobile experience from top to bottom.

These are good options, especially with the addition of a phone line for payment questions. However, the big miss here is Pulsz’s lack of a live chat option. This effectively means support for non-payment questions will be slow compared to the live chat at other sites. 

The Pulsz FAQ center is relatively bare bones, but it does answer a few key questions that players may find helpful. 

Overall, for a sweepstakes casino of its caliber, Pulsz falls a bit short in the customer service category. 

Responsible gambling features

Pulsz.com has a dedicated “Player Safety” page. It’s a tad disappointing right off the bat because it’s essentially a wall of text. It’d be nice to have some buttons for specific RG features or clear-cut tools for players who need them. Even so, the page itself has some decent content, including tips for identifying a problem and what you can do to get help or set limits. 

Pulsz allows you to set daily Gold Coin spending limits by contacting support. You can also contact support to self-exclude. 

Pair this with the email-only support channel, though, and it becomes a little less viable. You may have to wait multiple days to hear back about your request, which isn’t exactly a help if you need assistance right away.

Pulsz is a strong social casino site with a heck of a lot going for it. It is chock full of amazing slot games and a smaller selection of table and arcade games. IT has a mobile app fro GC play and plenty of trustworthy payment methods for purchases and withdrawals. 

The negatives are smaller but still noteworthy. Pulsz only allows SC play on mobile via browser (not in the app), and its customer support doesn’t have the breadth we hope to see at a sweepstakes site of its reputation. There are also no live dealer games, which is a big miss considering their popularity these days. 

Overall, it’s hard to go wrong with Pulsz if you like to play slots and want a chance to redeem prizes. It’s been around for years, and it’s still in the upper echelon of sweepstakes sites.
