Daily Drop

Site-wide Jackpots

Legendz’ VIP program is excellent compared to competitors like Lonestar, which only has vaguely explained benefits listed for Bronze to Master VIP tiers. For example, at Lonestar, you can expect personal hosting, daily challenges, and expedited redemptions at the upper tiers of the VIP club. Legendz goes several steps beyond this to offer GC/SC level-up bonuses, birthday rewards, anniversary rewards, and clearly stated prize pool increases for Weekly Tournaments.In my opinion, it’s not as good as the VIP programs offered by sites like Zumo and Crown Coins, which promise SC coinback ranging from 6% – 20%.

Legendz bonus terms and conditions 

Legendz’ bonuses are quite easy to claim, especially if you know where to look. “My Hub” is your gateway to finding weekly tournaments, raffles, Daily Drops, missions, and much more. Still, you should adhere to the following T&C’s to have the best gaming experience possible: 

• You must be at least 18+ (21+ in some states) years of age to make a new account with Legendz. You can’t sign up if you live in California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Tennessee, and Washington. Legendz offers 24/7 live support, but it can take a while for someone to get back to you – if I’m being honest, it’s a weak point for the brand. 

You can also send them an email, but phone and social media support are nowhere to be found. Additionally, the FAQ is nice to have, but it’s quite vague when it comes to specifying the details. 

• Live chat: Open the side menu and click “Guest Services.” If someone is online, you will be connected straightaway. Unfortunately, if you’re prompted to leave a message, you’ll end up waiting a few hours before someone gets back to you. 
• Email: Send a message to [email protected] with your inquiry. Include the email you used to register, as this saves unnecessary back-and-forth communications. I got a reply within 24 hours, but you may wait 1 to 3 days before noticing a response. 
• Social Media: I sent DMs to Legendz’ team on Facebook and Instagram, but I didn’t get a reply. You might have better luck than me, especially if Legendz fixes the Discord invite link posted on the website footer. 

Responsible gambling features

Legendz has excellent, self-serve responsible gameplay tools. You can set up daily, weekly, or monthly purchase limits on your account. “Reality Checks” show how long you’ve been logged in, and you can prompt them to appear every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. 

It’s easy to take a short break from playing for 1, 3, 7, 14, 30, or 90 days. You’ll find these limits by opening “My Account” and clicking the “Responsible Social Gameplay” header. If you need a longer break from the action, you’ll have to contact email support with a self-exclusion request. 

Self-exclusions last a minimum of 6 months, but they can be extended to 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or indefinitely. You can also permanently close your account, which is irreversible. 

Lastly, the site’s RSG policy lists tips for safer gaming and encourages struggling players to get in touch with external, supportive organizations like Gaming Addicts Anonymous. Unfortunately, there’s no direct link to GAA (which is perhaps my sole complaint about the RSG tools here).

Legendz is a fantastic social casino in its own right, and the fact that it features dedicated sports betting lines gives it a significant leg up against the competition. 

Sportzino is the only sweeps casino that can hold a candle to Legendz ever since SportsMillions ceased operations, and it doesn’t offer nearly the same amount of game variety as Legendz (for example, it lacks live dealer tables and original specialties). 

The no deposit offer of 500 GC + 3 SC is great, although I think the daily bonus could use some work. Still, this is largely offset by the vast number of promotions available for existing players.
