For being a site that primarily focuses on slots, the game library is small, with 286 titles to choose from, we expected more to be added on a regular basis. 

The navigation for the library is also limited. Users can filter the library by common facets like what’s popular, or what’s new. t first they seemed to be pretty good but I been waiting 10 days for a minimum 100 dollar redemption. I contacted support many times and they say the same thing every time. They will let their financial department know. Nothing seems to come of that though. Excessive wait times for a cash out is a huge red flag in any new social casino and you should hesitate before depositing.

There is an acceptable number of channels for customer support. There’s a live chat option which is available to all users. There is also email support, and I liked the Help Center they have set up. It’s searchable, organized into broad buckets, and is a good resource for users who want to solve their own problems. 

The brand is also active on various social media platforms, but primarily used for marketing and brand building. Given their active social media presence, it would be wise to create a support-related handle since they’re already active on social media. 

Responsible gambling features

Responsible gambling features are not a major part of the Splash Coins experience. Once again, it’s basically hidden from navigation, with a typical-looking link in the bottom footer. 

The features within the site allow you to engage in standard responsible gaming features common across the industry, including:

• Setting purchase limits at the daily/weekly/monthly level
• Duration alerts that remind you how much time you’re spending on the site
• Self-exclusion for a defined amount of time

The page could also link to organizations that could assist problem gamblers. It would benefit Splash Coins users if there were links to external groups such as the NCPG, so users could take immediate action from the site if necessary. Making this more prominent in navigation would be another benefit to the user experience.

Splash Coins has a handful of good parts, but the cohesive experience isn’t quite there. It’s limited by a small game library with limited game developers, only offering slots. Promotions are repetitive and could use more attention. It’s frustrating when the VIP program is considered a “promotion”. 

There are some positives with the site, most notably its generous no deposit welcome bonus of 150,000 Gold Coins and 2 SC, all just for signing up and verifying an account. That’s competitive against most larger sweepstakes operators. The first purchase bonuses also deliver a nice value. 

With a few tweaks, this could be a really pleasant playing experience, given how easy and smooth using the site was across different platforms. If they added more games, had more creativity with promotions, and centered the user experience via easier access to customer support, I could see Splash Coins being a really pleasant experience.
