Global Poker Casino does not currently offer a dedicated app for iOS or Android. However, the casino is fully optimized for mobile devices. Some users have noted that once you follow them on the top platforms, you can send inquiries via message and get a response in under a few hours. While users do have options for getting help, they shouldn't have to hunt for it. Live chat and phone support would be welcome additions.

Global poker use to be one of my favorite casinos because you could cash out to skrill and it was instant and that kind of made up for them being expensive. Expensive like spend 5 dollars and get 4sc... however they don't do that anymore, I'm not sure how long my wait is going to be, but the fact I have to wait at all is disappointing... I wouldn’t even say 1/2 of that -5 is how bad this is getting to be! It’s absolutely ridiculous how rigged global poker is! I don’t know how many emails I’ve sent telling them I lost my money due to game the game just restarting its self for no apparent reasons and not once did they ever write back saying NOTHING! I’m completely done with chumba global poker all of em are straight garbage. They are just straight just taking peoples money! For real. I advise y’all to give it up just play the freebies. Many one-star reviewers were disgruntled about their gameplay experience overall and alleged that there’s something suspicious about their lack of success.
