On the downside, there are some notable limitations. WOW Vegas does not currently support PayPal, and gift card redemptions are limited to Prizeout. Live chat support is locked behind a paywall, which could frustrate new users. There’s also no dedicated mobile app, though the browser-based version performs reliably across devices.
