My full review of Mr. Goodwin games, support, and redemptions

Mr. Goodwin boasts an impressive library of 1,074 games. That number rivals many sweepstakes casinos, so it’s already got a leg up on some competition. The games are sorted into various categories, which we’ll dive into below. For now, suffice it to say Mr. Goodwin has a huge array of slots. 

Where the sweepstakes casino struggles is in its variety. Slots are the main offering, and there’s not much else available by way of table games or arcade-style games. There is a selection of live dealer games, though it has one minor issue I’ll touch on in that section below. 

Slot games

As we mentioned above, slots are the bread and butter of Mr. Goodwin. There are hundreds of them offered.

You can sort the game library by provider, which is a nice touch if you enjoy a specific style. Mr. Goodwin has plenty of categories for sifting through the library, including Popular, new, Bonus Combo, Jackpot, Bonus Buy, VIP Games, Hold N Spin, and others. Of course, searching for a slot game’s name directly is also an option. 

All this is to say that Mr. Goodwin makes it easy to find a particular game among the massive stack of them. This is a double-edged sword. In my view, a chatbot should know something as simple as the SC playthrough requirement. On the other hand, though, it was nice to be referred to as a human right away. The representative was very clear and helpful in his responses, so the live chat was overall solid. 

Mr. Goodwin's email address is [email protected]. Responses can be expected in 24-48 hours. 

There doesn’t appear to be a dedicated help center or FAQ at Mr. Goodwin, which is a disappointment.
