How to send your request, step by step
- Get your materials. A 4″ × 6″ unlined index card (or the size Fortune Coins’rules name), a plain envelope, a pen with blue or black ink and a regular postage stamp.
- Write the card by hand. Copy the card layout above: your full legal name, the email on your account, and the statement word for word. Write on one side only.

How many requests can I put in one envelope?
One. Requests with more than one card in the same envelope are rejected.
Can I send entries from outside the US?
No. Your entry has to match your verified address, and you must live in a state where Fortune Coins is allowed. Requests from outside the country are rejected.
Do mail-in Sweeps Coins have playthrough requirements?
