Use this as your guide, then write everything by hand in blue or black ink. Printed or typed cards and envelopes are rejected. Check the official rules before you mail it.
SweepShark’s mail-in requirements
- Handwritten only: All requests need to be handwritten and placed in a stamped #10 envelope (one request per envelope).
- Matching details: The information you include on the request card needs to match exactly what’s on your ID and user account.
- What to include: Your full name, your birthday, your residential address, your telephone number, your email, your player ID, the appropriate sweepstakes declaration statement, the kind of credit you want, and your signature plus today’s date in MM/DD/YYYY format.
- Sweepstakes declaration difference: You’ll need to write a different declaration statement, depending on whether you want to get free plays or free SC.
- What you get at the end: 1 free SC, or 5 free plays worth 0.2 SC each, per accepted request
- Rule 5.7 limit: Any bonuses that you receive for free (example: submitting mail-in requests) have a maximum redemption value of 25 SC.
- SC expiration: After 180 days of account inactivity with a $2/month inactivity fee.

How to send your request, step by step
- Get your materials. A 4″ × 6″ unlined index card (or the size SweepShark’srules name), a plain envelope, a pen with blue or black ink and a regular postage stamp.
- Write the card by hand. Copy the card layout above: your full legal name, the email on your account. Write on one side only.
- Address the envelope by hand. Your return address goes in the top-left corner, with any extra lines SweepShark asks for. Address it to UTech Solutions LLC #92769, 5830 East 2nd St., PMB 92769 Casper, WY 82609.
- Stamp it and mail it. One request per envelope. Use a regular postage stamp.
- Wait for your coins. Processing can take several weeks. Once it’s accepted, 1 Free SC land in your SweepShark account.
Mistakes that get mail-in entries rejected
- Printed or typed anything. The card, the envelope and your return address must all be hand-written.
- Messy handwriting. If a friend can’t read it, the casino can’t either.
- Details that don’t match your account. Your name, address and email must match what you verified with SweepShark, spelled the same way.
- More than one card in an envelope. One request per envelope, and spread big batches out over time.
- Mailing from a state where SweepShark isn’t allowed. Check the restricted states first.

How many mail-in requests can I send to SweepShark?
SweepShark’s limit is: Unlimited (one per outer envelope). Each request needs its own envelope, and every request must be hand-written.
Can I print or type my request card or envelope?
No. Everything that's part of your request must be hand-written, including the envelope, the return address and the request card. Use the preview on this page as a guide to copy from, not as something to mail.
How many requests can I put in one envelope?
One. Requests with more than one card in the same envelope are rejected.
Can I send entries from outside the US?
No. Your entry has to match your verified address, and you must live in a state where SweepShark is allowed. Requests from outside the country are rejected.
Do mail-in Sweeps Coins have playthrough requirements?
Yes. Sweeps Coins you get by mail follow the same playthrough rules as Sweeps Coins you get any other way, so you have to play them before they can be redeemed. SweepShark’s Sweepstakes Rules list the exact requirement.
Is the mail-in process worth the effort?
As a way to make money, no. Stamps, envelopes and cards cost money, and there's never a guarantee you'll win. As a way to get some extra Sweeps Coins from time to time, it can be worthwhile.
