Ding Ding Ding’s mail-in requirements

    • One Account Per Household: Only one DingDingDing Casino account can be associated with a single household. If multiple household members plan to submit entries, select the individual with the best handwriting and attention to detail to represent your household.
    • Follow the Guidelines Precisely: DingDingDing Casino has a strict formatting guide, so be meticulous when writing out your entry. Deviating from these guidelines will lead to disqualification.
    • Use Your Unique Code: Ensure you generate and include your specific Envelope Request Code. This code links your entry to your account and is valid for 60 days, so don’t let it expire before use.
    • No Automated Entries: Bots, scripts, or automated entry systems are prohibited. Violation of this rule could result in account suspension or permanent banning.
    • Handwritten Only: Your request card must be handwritten. Photocopied or printed entries will not be accepted and will lead to disqualification.

How to send your request, step by step

  1. Get your request code. Sign in to Ding Ding Ding and generate a mail-in request code. You’ll write it on your card.
  2. Get your materials. A 4″ × 6″ unlined index card (or the size Ding Ding Ding’srules name), a plain envelope, a pen with blue or black ink and a regular postage stamp.
  3. Write the card by hand. Copy the card layout above: your full legal name, the email on your account, your request code, and the statement word for word. Write on one side only.
  4. Address the envelope by hand. Your return address goes in the top-left corner, with any extra lines Ding Ding Ding asks for. Address it to Living Pixels Studio LLC, 228 Hamilton Avenue, Third Floor, Palo Alto, CA 94301.
  5. Stamp it and mail it. One request per envelope. Use a regular postage stamp.
  6. Wait for your coins. Processing can take several weeks. Once it’s accepted, 5 Free SC land in your Ding Ding Ding account.

Mistakes that get mail-in entries rejected

  • Printed or typed anything. The card, the envelope and your return address must all be hand-written.
  • Messy handwriting. If a friend can’t read it, the casino can’t either.
  • Details that don’t match your account. Your name, address and email must match what you verified with Ding Ding Ding, spelled the same way.
  • Changing the statement. Copy it exactly as written above, word for word.
  • No request code. Ding Ding Ding needs the code from your account on every card.
  • More than one card in an envelope. One request per envelope, and spread big batches out over time.
  • Mailing from a state where Ding Ding Ding isn’t allowed. Check the restricted states first.

Tip: take a photo of your card and envelope before you mail them, for your records.

Ding Ding Ding mail-in FAQ

How many free Sweeps Coins do I get per mail-in request at Ding Ding Ding?

Each accepted mail-in request gets 5 Free SC, added to your Ding Ding Ding account once the request is processed.

Can I print or type my request card or envelope?

No. Everything that's part of your request must be hand-written, including the envelope, the return address and the request card. Use the preview on this page as a guide to copy from, not as something to mail.

How many requests can I put in one envelope?

One. Requests with more than one card in the same envelope are rejected.

Where do I get my Ding Ding Ding request code?

Sign in to your Ding Ding Ding account and generate a mail-in request code before you write your card. Each code is unique, and a card without one isn't processed.

Can I send entries from outside the US?

No. Your entry has to match your verified address, and you must live in a state where Ding Ding Ding is allowed. Requests from outside the country are rejected.

Do mail-in Sweeps Coins have playthrough requirements?

Yes. Sweeps Coins you get by mail follow the same playthrough rules as Sweeps Coins you get any other way, so you have to play them before they can be redeemed. Ding Ding Ding’s Sweepstakes Rules list the exact requirement.

Is the mail-in process worth the effort?

As a way to make money, no. Stamps, envelopes and cards cost money, and there's never a guarantee you'll win. As a way to get some extra Sweeps Coins from time to time, it can be worthwhile.
