Is Chumba Casino available in all provinces? 

No. Chumba Casino is available to play in all Canadian provinces with the exception of Québec. Operating under a sweepstakes model, there’s no purchase necessary to play. You use virtual currencies, Gold Coins, which are mainly for fun play, and Sweeps Coins, which can be redeemed for prizes, for gameplay. 

There are multiple ways for players to get free coins, including a daily login bonus and new players automatically qualify for a no-deposit bonus. The bulk of the library is slots. There are 236 in total, 36 of which are jackpots. For a nice touch, Chumba breaks down the lobby into easily scannable groups. In the new releases section, we found options including Blitz of Olympus Trio Max and King Arthur 10k Ways. 

Down in the “Top 10” section, trending titles included Stampede Fury 2 and Better Wilds. For those who love shooting for the big score, the selection of jackpot titles includes Deal or No Deal and Connect 4 Bonanza. All told, it’s a solid variety from top developers like Pragmatic Play and Relax Gaming. 

Chumba also has a limited selection of exclusive titles, such as The Last Empress (Golden Feather Studios) and Monster Spins (Atomic City). If you’re into table games, there are currently 10 titles in the lineup, half of which are variations of Blackjack. 

For those looking for even more, there’s a social live casino section (five game shows and eight live tables, bingo (five rooms), a trio of arcade-style games, plus 13 instant win and 10 scratch card titles to choose from.

Mobile app and experience

There are apps available for Chumba Casino Canada for both iOS and Android users. Unfortunately, they are “lite” and “mini” versions of the full site with a limited selection of games on both versions. 

Thankfully, the full platform is optimized for mobile browsers. To get the full experience, we logged in during our test run. Gameplay and navigation both worked fine on the smaller screen, and we didn’t run into any major delays on load times or glitches.

My final rating: 4.5/5

Chumba Casino Canada does a lot of things right and because of this, it is a verified Sweepsy casino. While the library of 200+ titles is smaller than McLuck or Wow Vegas that offer 1,000+, it’s a quality lineup that features entertaining options in all of the major sweeps categories. Slot players will find plenty of hot options like Deal or No Deal, while the social live casino covers fun game shows and several table games. 

On the downside, Chumba falls short in a few key areas for Canadian players. Redemption processing times could be five or more days. That’s simply too long for players to be waiting, especially when other sites are able to handle it in three days or less. There’s also no live chat support for help, leaving players to rely on support tickets or email, or a full app version.   

The welcome offer, daily login, and first purchase bonuses are great. However, there could definitely be more recurring opportunities. The lack of a VIP program also places it a step behind top sweepstakes sites that reward players for their loyalty.
